There are job postings for CMs and HCM SS ....wonder what department? What is the success of RIF people who had those positions in the past getting into one of them now?

Still seems like a gamble. Hire and layoff, hire and layoff, it's like roulette on any given day.
They could be looking for more because more sw are needed now and will be needed for support roles when the role changes. They are also hiring rns right now due to being understaffed.
Last hccp rif wasn’t performance related from what I know. SNP is understaffed. And our membership growing. So we need more care managers. It has nothing to do with SS and role changes from what we’ve been told.
That’s the problem...the last rif we were told it was because of direction and positions being cut, but were those based on performance? I wasn’t on a PIP or anything. Thanks for the info it’s for snp.
But there’s a thread saying the social workers in snp are being changed from their roles, why would they be looking for more?
SNP is hiring. If you were riffed for performance then no chance. If you were riffed because they had to make deeper cuts then apply.
It said telephonic case management, not utilization review
Looks like UM because it prefers Milliman and interqual experience.
