The Company has left us with few choices they have empowered Market Managers who have totally abused their positions in many cases, are not HR people have no Skills and are frankly the very best reason
for Organizing efforts. John Furner is the same Nasty guy he was, has not the capacity to grow into a Professional executive !

When a Company stops listening , when you have eliminated HR, given no recourse to Managers or Associates , they will find someone to hear their Concerns. Wal Mart used to know this but now is a shell of its former self. Sam’s Club is a complete wreck and that starts at the top. The fact that someone nailed this MM after years of abuse begs one question? What too so long!!
