In the past when we've had RIFs of one sort of another, when it was all done somebody in a senior management position would send a note to the troops explaining the action, telling people we are all done, and to focus on building great products, etc ...
So far no notice has been sent down from senior management. What are their plans? Are you done? Will we be having layoffs this week, next week, next month, all of the above? Don't you know this turmoil is causing productivity issues?
