Maybe if Sam's Club didnt a use their employees that worked hard for them they wouldn't have a high turn over rate rate. Especially the one in Sandhills SC. Many people have quit due to the lack of management listening to them. Also get rid of the Management that is having a high turnover rate and pull someone in that appreciates their employees
