I read on here a week or so back the the home office raised the level ( A ) pay cap to $ 20.50 an hour, up from $19.95 , I looked on the wire a week or so ago when I first saw this but I cant find this on the wire . If anyone knows or someone from the home office reads this please comment on whether this is true or not ?

Yes with a 2% raise it’s hard. My husband passed away 3 years ago. I’m trying to make ends meet on $15 an hour. I have a lot longer to work. I will have to search elsewhere
So as to the original Question asked here .. I went to my club manager and asked him about this as maybe they had a miss print for level ( A ) pay grade he said it wasn't a miss print that level (A) capped out at 19.95 , so i'm confused as to either this information is not right on here or he s not telling me the truth ?? I was wondering if this is true on here that on my next anniversary date will the pay system at home office automatically put me at 2% higher raise if this is true ? i"m a 20 year associate at 19.95 just really wondered if i would receive another raise next year , a lot of times when you ask questions it sure seems like there is a lot of secrecy , it be nice for them to be straight forward and honest !!
Unless ur fresh. And you can make almost $30 an hour with all the belts. Making more than managers
Yes 20.50 is the cap if you are a team lead ~$24 is the cap. Multiple people at my club make this
Kind of a mute point. With only a 2% raise how many years will it take to get there. Over 20 years. If you rver plan on having a family and not be on government assistance this may be difficult to do.
The pay ranges are also different by market. Depends on where you live.
Kind of yes. The Pay Plan FYE 2019 is what you need to look at. The actual cap for "A" was a misprint but with a 90% spread would be $20.90
