Last month I got out of a toxic frustration factory filled with hypocrisy, double standards, back-stabbers and ego-maniacs. Everyone should think about their health and sanity, my husband said he’s starting to see the woman he married, I found another position and it is work, but no drama like last year. There is life after Dean Foods.

The Plant in Braselton GA has closed down now. I could spend all day listing the things thats wrong with this Plant. People were frustrated for working every weekend and Holiday because the Plant manager was more concerned about extending the date on the milk one more day rather than give the employees the weekend off or giving us the Holiday off. This Plant closing is a blessing in disguise cause now I can go find something Mon-Fri. Whats so funny about it is the people in management that ran this place in the ground are losing their jobs to. I worked at this place for 16 years and only got a $3 an hour raise, that is pathetic. If it weren't for employees who knew what they were doing this place would have closed down a long time ago.
Actually you are better off to leave.... The company DF is going down.
