In my opinion we are in for some dark days ahead. Redshift is taking toll. CC are migrating at an alarming rate. Office is a dead silence.

A few years ago, I wrote an April Fool's press release that we were moving our PeopleSoft systems off Oracle on Solaris to PostgreSQL on FreeBSD. Our CIO loved it!
Redshift is based on Postgresql. The market for Postgresql is larger than most perceived. I hear more clients talking about Postgresql or hiring PostgreSQL DBA than Oracle. The second most mentioned is SQL Server. Comparing the popularity of Oracle DB to 2 years ago is a huge difference. My advice is skill-up in Postgresql.
Yeah, the TURKEYS are coming home to roost. Bad service, outrageous licensing costs, threats and intimidation, other options, are their names.
