Just read an article about how most people think they are underpaid. Thing is, that would mean someone else is willing to pay them more. If they believed that were true, they would get another job. I was at Cisco for 10 years, despite getting raises every year, rsu, and bonus I was still underpaid compared to my market value. I never complained about it, I just realized better opportunities were out there so I took one and left. Peace
