Why is this guy on the wire talking about Steel Safety. Hes in a club with the entire top steel is empty. Why don't they go into a club where every aisle is stacked to the rafters, back room is full of freight and talk about steel safety. Why is someone over fresh talking about steel safety anyway shouldn't he be talking to the fresh dept. union reps since the company unionized them. Just proves how screwed up this company is. I guess he's trying to get promoted and is quiet frankly overstepping his boundaries. Got so many people coming into the clubs trying to give orders. Shouldn't the MM be the one giving all direction not 5 or 6 different people and when you finally get all there sh-- done its still not good enough. No they want to try to make there self look good by throwing a video on the wire. What id really like to see is one of these pricks actually work in a club a few weeks and see what REALITY is. By the way if you club has that much empty steel you may want to start preparing yourself for the news next year when they tell you that your club will be closing.

I agree with "really have no clue." They need to tell Pee-Wee Herman to get off his bike and visit with 3rd shifts unannounced and without the Club Manager. Or, that club doesnt have people in it complaining or blaming the company for everything and anything that could be wrong. Probably have employees that wanna work and do their job well. Sure, they probably have their issues. But they probably work through them. I know in my club, 92million(without gas) My dock is empty, and my steel is very well organized. So go ahead and complain and say I'm a HO troll. I'm not. I'm a 22yr dock Team lead. Love every minute of my job. Have a great day
