A smart person would leave this isn’t over and don’t be a sitting duck if you can’t afford to be unemployed
Xerox is not a tech company, it "lives" out of the printing work. Sad but true, the layoffs will continue.
It be is very hard to be motivated to try and build Xerox into a tech powerhouse. First off, don't know if we will be laid off next. Second, we don't know the real plan for the company, other than to make Carl Ichan as much money as possible, in the short term. Most businesses are ran as an ongoing concern. I do not believe that to be true with Xerox.
Consider yourself lucky or unlucky. Only you can decide.
I’ve lost all motivation knowing I might be next in line. I will do what i am required to do but nothing more while hunting for a new job.
I suggest you come into work tomorrow and help the rest of us rebuild Xerox into a Tech Company Powerhouse.
I will do what I have to, but no more. I spend most of my days looking for a new job.
Not sure what to tell you... But show up tomorrow and do what is expected of you. I will do the same
