Appreciate some of the advice I've read here. I recently left State Farm and there is a lot out there!! I would recommend, if you're able, to take a little time if you do leave. But it's different for each person. My background: was a strong performer (many 3s in ratings) and then all of a sudden it changed. Couldn't do anything right. So if that happens to you, don't take it personal. It's not a reflection of you as an individual. I do hope it gets better for those who stay. But for those who choose to leave or are forced out....I know MANY people with different backgrounds who have picked up different jobs. Some not as much pay, but they actually like it. Others have left and made a lot more. You'll be good!!

Criminals who break federal labor laws, RICO LAWS, and s-xual harassment. Washington DC and Hollywood are angels compared to those gangsters. Life is better away from criminals.
I was suddenly terminated after years of 2/3 ratings. It is a shame what they are doing to people. It doesn’t have to involve underhanded tactics. Appreciate you are Awesome and there is life after SF.
I left and found a job paying considerably more. Was in Systems making $105k, now making 128K. The work is a little different, but that's a good thing. So yeah, there is life after the Farm.
