Does anyone have the feeling bedbath is getting ready for more layoffs. The current situation: Sales down. Morale all time low. Managers giving up. Store managers super stressed. Customer service a joke. Milleniels lazy. Turnover off the charts. Beyond stores a must! Beyond plus...seriously were killing more sales. Any thoughts?

I agree. We're all wearing too many hats. And can barely get our jobs done. It's a game of putting out the biggest fire first. Smaller fires are just left burning. Asking people to just do their job has become a joke. I have someone who literally comes in and watches TV on their phone instead of working. We're in the toilet, just waiting for someone to flush.
Myhr will fix everything
IN the trash they go!
From the front lines, and from an employee that has been with this company longer than I care to admit, I can tell you that my high volume location in Arizona has EXTREMELY low morale; looooong term full-timers leaving; customer service a thing of the past due to so few employees; our store manager in a perpetual funk to say the least; sales are down... almost sounds like wash, rinse, repeat! I do believe the truth will be evident when the promised turnaround never materializes; it's not just Amazon that's eating us alive, Walmart's online presence has become a monster, even Home Depot is competing aggressively. Tough days ahead.
