Can you voluntarily give up your forklift license if you no longer wanna drive a forklift?

If your job code requires it yes I do believe you have to be able to drive a lift to remain in that position. Every position tells you what you have to do to qualify for that position and when you agree to that position if it states you have to operate a forklift and you accept then yes you have to drive a lift. Now rather the CM enforces that I don't know. I know on overnights if they cannot drive a lift they will not promote them to full time. If you do that then what is going to keep everyone in the club wanting to continue driving a lift especially since there is no extra pay to drive a lift.

If you are not in a team lead role or in another specific job that requires it you can give up your license whenever you want. Each indiviual job description has it listed if it’s required

Yep. No one can make you drive. It makes your job easier. But if you dont want to drive, you dont have too
