Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

People quitting

So many people are quitting lately. I'm not surprised Molina is forced to hire once again despite layoffs, since anybody who gets a chance (from what I've heard, sometimes it's even lower pay people are switching to) is leaving as quickly as they can.

We are losing people who are good at what they do and they are replaced with people who are barely out of school. That'll work out for us in the long run, I'm sure... (sarcasm)

Good for them. They were wise to seek and secure a new job. You are falling behind if you are here posting about this topic.

From an IT persoective, It was a hard decision to leave the crew we had grown for the past several yeArs. The threat of layoffs or terminations just weren’t worth the stress anymore. It’s was always do more with less. The Business kept hiring while IT is barely hanging in. It’s the greatest mirage of all time. I Looked for a new job, got more money and peaced out. If you didn’t get a retention bounce, i’d Dip. The time is ticking. The IT ship will sink...
