In Negotiations to get a severance package together to try to get anyone who wants to leave on their own out the door. Not true! The company could save millions by just laying off from the bottom up! You hold high standards for this job and union. The company will save free cash flow by paying just unemployment. I can not wait! We got used to get service work out the door now the clock is ticking till another layoff round. Round 3 will be later in the year or beginning of next year. It’s not over!

Yes there are jobs that pay more than GE that I can find and have interviewed with! Yes there are jobs with better healthcare and better 401k plans as well.
