Anyone working in TTS that says they are satisfied is lying. Not a day goes by I don't wish I was somewhere else, but circumstances leave me trapped. I said everything is great on BTS, don't want the uppities to get p-ss-d off.

nah, it's really team by team. i moved from a team that made me wanna die to an actual innovation team with 0 ppl breathing down our necks, only required to work 3 days in office...i was gonna leave until i started the new team and now i'm dumb happy
plus no one cares if you only work like 25 hours a week as long as your work gets done in my area. i will say it's all about who you know who likes you whether you can do that tho
WTF? Why would you lie in BTS? If you lie and say everything is great in your BTS then I feel like you don’t have the right to complain...
Being honest is always the best thing to do unless on a small or low-responding team.
Even if you don’t see the results desired ... you can submit with your integrity intact.

I wonder how much TTS is spending ditching Microsoft (because MM got his back hair up). Much of the business world is obviously expanding MS use. But he's brilliant.
