Most departments are not hitting goals. Retention is good, but placement is so bad that accediting agencies don't like us. And buyers see us as a risk. If our placement was strong we'd be in a better situation to sell. The CS people and its leader are so low key, no fire in their bellies. Admissions is shotty. Academics is ok.
Top leaders again. Don’t know how to scale.
