Here's the latest on the CVS in Hacienda Heights, CA. I checked the broker listing and it is still listed as available for lease beginning August 1st; that's two weeks from now. I have noticed that I no longer see the usual employees working in the store whom I've seen for many years; less employees working the store no matter what time of day I go in (except in the pharmacy). Some bare shelves not restocked, but I wouldn't say a large portion just very small amount. Today I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready, it's been on back order for 1-1/2 months - nope they still don't have it. I called across the street to Rite Aid and they have plenty. Very odd. Waiting to see if their doors are still open come August 1st; I'm thinking not but I could be wrong.

Most locations are owned by a third party and CVS will pay a "rent" to the owner. The owner has the right in most cases to sell the building to another party however CVS still has a contract to continue business. This location will not be shutting down.
Our cvs address's often
Have 2 and 3 address's
Like 1542 1538 and 1536
Often when land lord who is not usually cvs cause we sell property
And lease for tax write offs ,
Will own adjacent so it's really possible there is confusion and they got address wrong . It is probably next door
