Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

APAC view

I’ve seen among our teams that there's a growing intolerance of the non sense that is prevalent in our organization directed to APAC, while I do agree that we have terrible leadership, narcissistic bosses, a lack of a clear pathway to growth and expansion, the mission or vision of our organization is confused and unclear about roles and responsibilities, toxic, unethical or illegal behavior, and more.

Our People (especially the younger generation) are simply less willing to compromise and put up with your work culture, one that is broken, and with leadership and management that is unable to steer the ship in healthy and productive ways, I welcome you to the JP Morgan Chase & Co. family.

What make you think the JP Morgan would pay more? They do really know how to run ponzi scheme scams, to include employment compensation

I just read this. US companies are becoming proactive and bringing jobs back to the US. All sectors in business. Not sure about this bank, however. My global company just did. I think they figured out it was a flawed business model.
