New Orientation

Don’t know why this guy on the WIRE says it is shorter. I could do an orientation in 4 hours-with up to 8 applicants. This new one is 5 1/2

Hours to 6. Not paperless as they make it sound. Still need to file

application, interview packet, orientation checklist, job offer, availability form, state forms, etc.

Resources by definition are used up. Human Resources.

Taking the human out of human resources. Life is better in the club.

I haven’t had ONE manager even pop in to meet the new associates let alone do the part they are supposed to!

If they do eliminate this position (which seems inevitable at this point) it will be a sh-- show. How many times as a ptc have you talked a GOOD associate down when they are ready to quit? Or explained things to an associate so they aren’t calling the market manager on their manager over stupid things?

It is what it is, but you are literally getting rid of the glue that holds it together between associates and managers.

It is slightly shorter if you have 1 to 3 associates, any more than that is even more time consuming. My MEM is flipping out knowing he will be in control. Half of me is stressed about losing my job the other half is enjoying the inevitable chaos. .
