What's with PUG advertising Purdue University Global as "world-class education"? Isn't this just asking for a huge federal investigation, like what DeVry faced?

Are the Urbandale, IA, Milwaukee, St. Louis, and S. Portland, ME Kaplan University campuses in the process of teach out? If so, why isn't anyone talking?
