Although the new return policy is much needed to combat return fraud and abuse, I feel like it’s going to take a very long time to properly implement the policy. Many of our honest customers shop with us because we stand behind our products. I feel as though the new return policy will turn off many customers and they’ll just shop at Amazon since they have great customer service also. The dishonest customers will continue to use and abuse the return policy because they know if they yell and scream loud enough, BBB will cave as always. Just do the right thing by the customer, because you know that if the customer calls or emails customer service, you’ll get in trouble anyway.
