okay it's time to leave exit this venture, chicken sh-- stock dividends and with all the hoopla you'd think the company stock just might increase value.
the company is not moving forward, the stock is stagnant and I am out.
Time to trim more upper management at $150K annual and get remaining Mgrs. to make it happen or fire them as well. The field engineers and techs are what gets income...you upper managers are milking the company dry. Cut off the performance units for upper exec's until this is corrected.
