Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

You have a responsibility

Those still employed have a responsibility to inform current and prospective students about the recent closures around the country so they can make an informed decision. It starts with admissions, then finance and student services, and finally faculty. You all interact with these students prior to them being charged. If you don’t then you are complicit. They deserve to know what’s going on. Informing them is a service and demonstrates integrity.

Bring all of this up at the AiP MS meeting this Thursday August 9 at 1 PM.

I have worked at Ai far to long to have integrity. That’s why I’m still here and dozens in my department are unemployed. Students are on their own. If they’re not bright enough to understand the difference between a college and a POS “Institute” like Ai, then they deserve what they get.

Have a good weekend see you back at work Monday - unless they dump you over the weekend.

You have a choice despite what executives are telling you. “Just taking orders” is just an excuse. You know campuses have closed so the only reason you would withhold that information is because you feel your life is more important than others. F—-tard.

And when the executives are telling us not to disclose unless we are asked by students?

Most people that still work here are just taking orders at this point. When they tell us things, it is always with a positive spin. We don’t know what’s actually going on unless you are in a certain clique of management.

Stop blaming the employees, blame the criminals that are in upper management, you f---tard.
