Yesterday Mike C. confirmed the move of the whole PMIC team to India. Massive hiring is in progress at India’s office. PTE, VI, Systems moving. All people in SD under risk of layoffs, move will be completed by January of 2019. Good luck!

Move All chips to BDC and be done with it. This is the only way to be profitable. Period.
Most of the SD team doesn't show up until 10:30am and leaves at 4:00pm. Other locations work harder for sure.
That should have happened years ago. It is surprising this inept group is still located in the headquarter.
They should send the numbskull XMa from PMIC with KK to BDC in the same package!
They should ship the entire chip development under KK to BDC, and send KK packing. I swear he's the worst leader the company has ever had. Terrible communicator and arrogant.
PMIC is one of the worst teams at Qualcomm especially PMIC VI. They hire engineers to do some dumb bench testing that any technician can do. People don't gain any useful experience in this team. Managers are rude and condescending.
It is costly and pointless to keep the low level PMIC in the expensive San Diego. I am with moving the whole team to India. They have been outsourcing the work slowly to India over the years anyways.
