MA cap is $35. So max u can make is $72k. If u do OT n gainsharing if that still exists in ur store most like u can make up to $85-90/yr
Aver tl in ma make bout $28 i assume. But w all the bull c-ap that comes their way most are overwhelmed specially if they just became tl. Oh well lets just hope it gets better.

At the Nashville store, I heard the customer service TL was making above $30/hr before she got canned last year.
$999,999,999,999,999,999,999 an hour.
Nyc starting is $25 -$28. There is several maxed TLs in the city that make $33-$35 a hr which is cap . Not to mention ot, for those who was tl before when raises was good it not hard to reach cap . With the new max raises being 5% hard to get up to the cap rate .
I was offered 24 but also came from an atl role at 20 an hour so they had to make that 4 dollar jump if not it wouldn’t be reasonable to accept. Also in the SW region. My former TL was capped out when he moved up to a different position. But he also made that increase in pay before the whole no more than a dollar raise a year thing.

in SW the range is $17.80-30.50 for any TL, combo team or not. But they always start you at $21 or $22, otherwise people wouldn't accept.
Roughly 36k - 63k.
$35/hour in NYC.
In Texas I can tell you that a TL in our small store for a Market Team made $26 an hour last year. This person moved to a different job and has been replaced. I can't imagine it is much more than that for the new TL.

I seen several tl leave for something better store management , various management positions because of the experience . Basic business principles is universal everywhere
