I interviewed when we started hiring T rates and HR told us between the 2 interviewers we had to ask the question... Can you work with people making $10 more an hour. Apparently some of you lied

T Rates where told that company and union were working to close the gap by $2-$3 we herd it from HR and The Crackpot Union.

Naaaaa didn’t happen the union sold us out. We never had a chance and never will. I can not wait for the layoff! I am Going to volunteer with a buyout or without!

T Rates Came into the plant on a BS fear notion that the legacy guys would loose their jobs. Their $30 plus an hour job! Sold us out before we even came to keep the plant open longer. Well looks like the plant in Schenectady is screwed and ran by a bunch of id--ts. With a circus of an appointed union Hall.

Union= Equality in Pay, pension, rights! Since t rates came into the plant we were treated differently from management like second class citizens!

Union= fairness across the board no matter what! $15.10 a week like a D Rate the only thing we have the same as is the d Rates is the Cadillac Of Healthcare, and the d Rates can get into the 401k plan.

$15.10 a week to get harassed and treated differently than a D Rate because the d rate voted in the second pay scale.

All T Rates should call in the day after the announcement of layoffs! T Rates Grow a set make a stand!

We might be losing our pension in the next couple of contracts but even if they freeze I’ll have at least 5k a month by then plus the 2 million in my s&s. I think illl manage. Dumb a-- t rates agreeing to a job and it’s terms then complaining after. Also you people saying your voting against the pension what makes you think your still going to be here after these layoffs and not at your better job at Burger King.

Gotta love 2 tier.....They took the job knowing the lower rate and no pension. Then they complain about it and brag how hard they work, well, really, the only question that remains to be asked is....Who's the Fool?
