To All of our fallen union members the sleeper Slate will fight for job security with a better backup plan in place than the old timers union. Every T -Rate should call in tomorrow and spend the day looking for a new job. Who knows you might find a career!

Yeah they absolutely cant plant ahead because we never stopped working overtime in my area.
Times were great before the T rates came in. Now they want to give me more money to do a couple extra jobs. Plus management can’t plan ahead which means more OT. Things are looking up. $$$ These Union officials hooked me up. They got my vote. Back to all D rates baby!
I didn't even make it through high school, got my ged and I'm a d-rate machinist. I feel bad for those who are losing their jobs........ and I'm over it!!
Plant closure offers a healthy compensation package, so if this turns out to be true it will be rewarding financially. How's those numbers looking now D-T rate ? Meaning, after loosing another 200 T rates, its evident that D rates are now back in a comfortable majority. Good luck wine a--'s getting things taken from those who came before you. I have no faith in those left working day in and day out, so our plant will fail. Along with the incompetent management from top to bottom, we are destined to never be able to succeed. Thanks GE, for the job and pay checks up till now.
Schenectady will be closed in 2019 and all those d rates will be working at Walgreens
