How much in the plant manger taking for a cut? How bout J.F. ? Even Trump take a buck a year....that's leadership. Many CEO's of troubled companies have done it, so they are either greddy, or GE is doing just fine. Oh just fine, then I'll keep my money thank you. It's all about context and spin.

Most of the d-rates are lucky they made it as far as they have. Especially the over paid id--ts with gapped teeth from the mountains who couldn't even make it through high school. The dream is coming to an end. Welcome to the real world. It's going to s--- for those who never had the ability to pull the weight they have been getting over paid for all these years.

Don’t count out the D Rates... this proposal is sh-- for everyone. D rates are tired of strong arm tactics ever few years, hell it’s what brought in the “T Rate” . Believe me we’ve all learned from that... VOTE “NO”!

I am a no vote! The place has been harassing us now The Company wants to change the jobs codes and open the local supplement to screw us again. If the company wanted to open the local it should of been in 2015 and bumped up the t rates a couple bucks like HR and The union said in 2011-2013 hire groups. The place is a joke full of manipulating lies and despite all this the t rates came to work and got treated differently than the d rates. The legacy is washed up the d rates will not stick with us. They are the majority in the plant again. But the fear of loosing d rate pay and pension it will pass because they are a bunch of chickens afraid of the real world. The d rates have these egos and they will get deflated very soon.
