Current management has run this company into the ground. What if we got new management? Do you think there is a way we could turn Bed Bath and Beyond around? Or is it already too late?
I am still hopeful, but I know the idea of a complete overhaul on top is just a pipe dream.
Trust me, not one is being fired, one was even offered an hourly position as a last ditch effort to alleviate the vacancies. Every single departure is either the desire to get out before the next shoe drops or a personal issue. We are talking five managers in all.

Too late for a turnaround. Do you honestly expect Beyond+ to save this company? I found out today that one of our better store managers gave his two-week notice late last week, a B+ volume store in the Phoenix area -- the smart people are vacating before the fourth quarter -- this particular store is apparently losing four or five full-timers.
