The recent change made with regards to Salary Continouance to Severance is simply a tactical move by Xerox Sr. Leadership to reduce expenses as they target getting rid of tenured higher salaried employees with the next series of IRIFs....Did someone say “Age Descrimination”...?

Don’t sign and seek a class action lawsuit against this company and exuctive leadership.
When has Xerox ever folllowed the rules .let a judge decided. Their are non qualified engineer working in engineering jobs don't even have a degree . They just laid off qualified engineers. Who breaks the rules .
I can only speak for my location. We are ALL highly tenured with many decades of service, everyone being 50+ years old. Could never prove age discrimination unless our location were added to the whole picture, showing the overall age and the % laid off. Our site is now almost non existent. Additionally, I've been told that in order to obtain the remaining pathetic severance, you must sign a document that there will be no legal action. Checkmate.
Obtain a lawyer and pursue it. Otherwise, it never happened.
