My condolences regarding your bonus cheerleader. Looks like Pearson is showing you how much they value you. #baselineonly

No one was “asked” to leave. Over 13k jobs have been eliminated. The sales force is less than half of what it was just a few years ago. The remaining reps I understand are actually hybrid inside sales as well. If you are going to comment at least understand and quote correct FACTS. MORE LAYOFFS ASPRE COMING. You will not be “asked” cheerleader... they will kick you to the curb.

Except you’re not young. Quit pretending you're a newbie and haven’t been here for 10+ years. I’m also really really hoping your posts are sarcastic and people are falling for it.

Based on your bad attitudes, it is no surprise that you were all asked to leave Pearson. Enjoy reading all of my positive feedback and likes on Facebook about my dynamic FDOC. I am a strong, hardworking, young professional who matters more than you nasty people. I will not let you hurt my feelings.

Word on the street is that they won their class action suit to the tune of $1.5 million. And, to the Pearson cheerleader... please, go present your FDOC. GO TO WORK!! Stop slumming here.

The Chicken Biscuit Aficionado strikes again. They are in a different role now so doesn't have to deal with getting screamed at by customers. On second thought, it's the customers that couldn't stand her so they have RB to thank for moving them out of the field.

THREE YEARS!?! Wow! You're a real trooper! Congratulations on all your success.

Let me know when you've been here over 10 years, FNG. Until then, keep your trap shut.

Sorry - not sorry that I choose to see the glass half full. I have faith in KC, TB, and RB. Excuse me if I am excited about the contribution that I choose to make. I find it very problematic to know that there are people out there waiting to say bad things about a company that I have worked for for 3 YEARS of my life. Now excuse me, I have a FDOC to present.

TEP hasn't gone 1% smoothly and there is data to support that.

Oh, I definitely know who the cheerleader is now. No one s---s up to RB quite the way this one does. Everyone else has figured out that she is an empty pantsuit.

All we need is for KC to hire more overpaid cronies from SAP. TEP hasn't been 100%? Yeah no sh$t. Thanks for your input cheerleader.

Yes, the TEP rollout has not gone 100% smoothly, but I believe in KC and RB when they say stay the course and everything will be OK. We are still Pearson, the #1 Global Learning company, and I believe in our mission to improve peoples lives through learning.

Cheerleader, please explain how the TEP rollout is not a complete embarrassment to Pearson leadership, and now everyone who works for the company and has spent the last two months on an apology tour. "Accountable" as a Pearson core value is a complete joke.

They pick their favorites already what are you talking about.

And yes class action. When managers and executives are demanding you work weekends, don’t allow vacations, expect you to work on vacations and holidays- law suits happen. As they should.

Yes but I think it may be unprecedented that a bonus plan change mid-year simply because the company FUBAR-ed the systems in place that were intended to not only process and ship orders, but also track sales. If you think there was a lack of transparency in the past, when it came to awards, recognition, and Leadership Council members, you haven't seen anything yet. At least leadership can just pick their favorites next year, since there will be no sales numbers to back up their choices.

I believe everyone at Pearson is well aware that bonus plans are subject to change because they change mid-stream every single year.

Also, I love the false choice of working for Pearson or unemployment. There are a lot better jobs out there for those that don't waterboard themselves with the company Kool-Aid.

That's cruel, and problematic of you to say just quit. It's not that easy!!!!

How am I supposed to pay my rent, parking, car payment, gym membership, Netflix, cell phone, insurance, Yoga, credit cards, and doggy dare care on just the allowance from my parents?

Class action?!

Lord, you people are dense...work is elective. Bonus plans state subject to change. Unfortunately your $80-110k mentality is up against Pearson’s multi billion. Just QUIT a job you hate—it’s not that difficult!
