with a company that has no direction and constant lay offs? A company that doesn't process on site but ships the work overseas, even the work that is not supposed to leave the US. A computer system that gathers claims to put into the work queues but malfunctions, and 6 months later, management realizes there are thousands upon thousands of claim related correspondence that were just sitting there, never worked. Im from AIG IT. Blame the people who feed wrong information into the systems.
Well we aren't getting a lot of new business so maybe they have felt the impact of the lack of direction.
Brokers , Producers and Insured's have no idea! Just trying to get IT help is a nightmare. And we are technologically advanced? I don't think so. Trying to get customer reports is also a joke. There are so many systems and the data doesn't match. It's really quite embarrassing at times.
