Looks like our department of financial services trainers are shutting down as of 10/31. Who's going to fill the gap? First the FSA's, now the trainers? Will the Sales Leader's or AFS's fill the gap?

My brother is a sales leader what to become of that position. He got into the position for the Pension and bonus and travel. It sounds like they are going to make a change again. Will they get a severance package?
