Unlike the era of Andy Grove, there is zero effort to try and land solid or high performing employees with transferrable skills. we keep firing, firing, and firing, Saffron, fired. But then we dump money seeking to hire ‘AI’ talent...

circuit is vapid. one upon a time comms was more honest and at least leveled with employees on why hard decisions had to be made. now, a death by a thousand cuts, silently,

we are asked to get excited about the company vision, but who can get excited about a journey where randomly people are thrown off the ship on a week;y basis? and endlessly, instead of doing our jobs, more time is dedicated to internal marketing why our job is needed’...

MCM, just fire everybody already and hire green badges and be done with it.

trust, are you kidding us? try being straight up with emplyees for a change! make a minor effort of rewarding hard working employees, how is that for a complex start?

Working on GTFOing! I can't take current $$$ games over employees any more. VPs have no loyalty to their very own people. Hidden plans being made behind your backs and once done you are kicked out and your unexperienced cheap replacement was already hired months ago. Great Place to Worry especially if you have children and need to pay bills in Silicon Valley!
