Is this still one of the tenants of this company? There seems to be a trend in our store amongst our managers that anytime an hourly asks a question or raises a concern they are either belittled or told it's not that managers problem.

For those who feel intimidated by managers, challenge management in an Intellectual way. If you know what your talking about, you'll be surprised how quickly they back off. Chances are pretty good you know more about your department than they do..lol. You might be surprised. No one should be intimidated by a suit and a tie.
This ones easy ! Let me make it Chrystal clear. Managerscare treated like sh-- in this Company! They in turn treat their Associates exactly how they are treated! The Cycle of Abuse from the MM , HO whomever!!

but he will deliver his Justice to those who have hurt so many people along the way!
Those with a trail of bodies ruined careers
and having treated others so disrespectfully will pay the price. It will be their turn soon. Trust and Believe!!

You should dig ditches first it’s more dignity than working as a Club Manager or Associate for Market Manager in 15 or anywhere else in this vile disgusting sham of a Company. It does not have long to go!
Maybe it will be the Scumbag Market Managers turn this Jan.

This company lay off thousands of people right after Christmas. They didn’t even have the respect to alert people . All their long term associates that worked years for them were displaced in the stores . You think Sam’s has respect
That's what happens when they get rid of the good ones and keep the garbage. Ethics hotline is my only advice.
