I wonder if Fritz will acknowledge this mistake, like he did with the organizational reassignments? He screwed up, and he damn well knew it! This one is going to blow up too! His so-called G55+0 initiative is a damn joke! There's simply too much real estate, equipment, personnel, to have a ratio like that! He keeps posting about record earnings, but lays people off! They continue to have hiring bonuses, but lays people off! The recent tax cuts have the company an extra billion dollars in revenue, but lays people off! Did I miss something! Oh that's right, I for got the corporate greed! If you work for the UP, then my advice to you is to have a back up plan! If you dont have one, then you better get one fast! Lance fritz is very money hungry, and simply doesn't give two sh--s about you! If there's any doubt about his greed, then compare his house to Warren Buffets! You'll see exactly where his priorities are then! He protects his own self-interests at all cost! The only way to prevent his income from falling is "trim the fat" within the company! He really reminds of the last US president! Once everything was in the toilet, he was gone! He was a smooth talker, but not much of an actual person who gave a sh--! He was doing everything possible to stay in office until his time was up! Once he was done, he collects on a lifetime pension, FREE healthcare, lifetime secret service security, and pretty much anything else he wants! What do you think Fritz will get when he leaves? He's close to retirement as well! Once he's gone, it's too late! The damage is done, and he'll have already earned his fortune! I'm pretty sure it'll get even worse when he's gone! As long as Fritz is in his chair, you can rest assure that it'll get worse! Hopefully someone important reads this post and the rest of them! I want the board members or whoever he answers to to see the damage being done! Lance Fritz is a smooth-talking sh--head! I've never seen so many people afraid for their jobs as I've seen now! Like I said in the beginning, it's the beginning of the end! Fritz or the UP? Who goes first?

They were just told they will no longer have jobs, but some may get slotted in HR... they weren’t walked out quite yet..

The layoffs have started! Today they let go of the Trainers in Marketing in Sales. Not sure how many and if they were given any type of severance. How sad.
What I’ve been told is Twin Cities, St Louis, Livonia(prob merge with Houston), Denver (merge with Utah), and Sunset (guess is split between San Antonio and LA SUs).
