Backroom dude here, everyone rushed in to pick up their merch. was running around like a headless chicken.

Still asking for credit cards? It's cruel and unusual punishment of the employees at this point. Everyone has heard about the bankruptcy and to try to get someone to talk about the value of the points to the customer is demeaning. Everyone is going to say something negative to the cashier.
If they want to somehow revamp the program to offer more than Sears & KMart merchandise, great. But to expect people to sell points when the company has very publicly declared bankruptcy is insane.
yes. Labor cut back, not enough cashiers, but how many credit cards is asked every hour.
Had a couple of people come into to use gift cards, other than that it was a typical Monday... no customers
