Our store was told a few weeks ago that it is being considered for sale as part of the company's annual property review process and that we should all just ignore the many contractors and engineers that have been coming into our store for what looks like a new residential or mixed use building. If you are in a store and notice real estate and contractor people coming in and no one knows who they are or what they are doing, you probably don't have to wait until Jan 2019 for your notice, you just have to notice.
