So what’s the conversation like on Pebble? I’m on vacation so I can’t log in. Are there the same “rah rah” speeches that they gave during the morning conference calls?

Pebble is time clock sensitive. If won’t allow hourly associates to log on if they are off the clock. It will give you an error message if you do.
I just dropped some pebbles off in the toilet
Make fun of me (I'm not the OP btw) but I have never logged in to pebble outside of work. Never. I thought that I would get into big trouble if I did. SO some of us don't know. I don't really like pebble anyway. I only posted when there was pressure from the manager to do so. And then I'd ask a question that I knew the answer to so I wouldn't have to keep checking back.
Why can't you login? Pebble is accessible outside the firewall and also through the pebble app. Perhaps the truth is that you aren't an employee and just a nosey whiney arse?
Isn’t that the truth! I asked a question once and was provided a link to a policy that said it was last updated in 2002 or something stupid like that. The information was total irrelevant
The same old Rah, Rah. People telling other people what great ideas they have. People telling people how they are going to buy the latest item "right now!!" People telling people how excited they are that the company is finally turning a corner and we are transforming. People talking about movies, games, and T.V. shows. People asking serious and important questions only to be ignored. And when they do answer telling them to look up some policy that hasnt been updated.
So business as usual.
It wasn't " rah rah rah " it was more like "har har har"
Business as usual???
I would have predicted that a few more people would have become disillusioned & honest. No need to s--- up to Eddie any more. He's out and unless you're C Suite he is not going to do anything for you. Now or in the future.
Business as usual... hope you're having a great vacation!
Do tell.
