Although this wasn’t backed by any official statement from the company, the article states that a set of letters from Xerox has been sent to the retirees that were not represented by the union that contains information about benefits being cut. The exact structure of these benefit cuts is yet to be seen, as is are all non-union categories of retirees going to be affected. Gotta say, it’s a terrible feeling to be promised something, and then have that taken away.
