Anyone know if this is happening before year end. Are what’s going happen with the Service side of Xerox.

Already happening . Looks like the focus will be to mix Xerox and GIS techs into one service entity. Good or bad...appears to be the direction. GIS focused mainly on smaller office equipment which will continue. The big iron machines such as iGEN's will continue to be Xerox. These are changing times indeed.
Service is being run by managers who have given up, just herd from major university in california
That 3 major university will be cancelling there service contracts and go to Ricoh brand
