What did we do to piss off this judge?

Koh denied the request within minutes without explanation, according to court filings. A hearing on whether Qualcomm is obligated to license rival chipmakers was scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 18, but Koh announced last week that she would make a ruling without taking oral arguments.

Seems like qcom team miscalculated Koh . Now they are trying to get out of the situation of entirely thier creation.

Is just everyone hates QC, management thinks QC is the only semiconductor in the earth and everyone must pay royalties, now they are facing uncertainty and every is looking for better options, good bye QC.

Court is in San Jose.... You think the judge might have ties to Apple?Friends and family? Stock? Business interstsand thr judiciary at this level are intertwined.
