Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Shop by author is horrible! Professors, students and staff hate it. Very non efficient system. Computer program to assist students locating books doesn't work. Staff needs to use personal phones(which aren't allowed on sales floor) to log on . Kiosk doesn't connect. Follett ..get it working or revert back to shop by course. Not using my phone anymore! I'll just search selves book by book, tag by tag. Great customer service!!

Our store has zero issues. Sounds like you need to work with the campus to strengthen the WiFi in your store. Like they told us to do when filling out the original survey. Our students love it.

When folks shop for trade titles (novels) they are more likely to search by title; when they shop for course materials, they are more likely to search by course.

Sounds like a poor implementation on your part. Been on it for almost a year now and we love it. Saves labor and stocking and rtv's. Partnered with the campus to get thr word out and use it.

Another great plan will be sc-apped when executives reveal the next best plan, shop by course! Tower needs to work the field.
