Tons of redundant management salaries, double and triplicate reporting venues to maintain and bonus payouts tied margins that DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE MANAGER IS NOT PAYING FOR PM SERVICE AND THE TOOLS ARE NOT BEING KEPT IN OPTIMUM OPERATION CONDITION.
The poor field engineer then is forced to work his a-- off constantly trying to "field repair" or hot shot additional equipment at great expense. The Great Field Engineer is finally tired of this sh-- and bails out to another company...and we keep on truckin down the same road until we are here.
