Really thinning the herd In Champaign. Lots of room for anxious people to move up.
Rules enforced? Very few if they are. Dinners getting another new supervisor and secret job cuts upcoming
Qualified people is spot on. Not sure who does the hiring here but it's comical watch some new hires actually think.
They tightened the reigns on gmp, quality, and safety. Finally seeing rules enforced. Never be able to cut out all OT. Not enough qualified people in the current work force.
Both Fresno facilities will be laying off hourly positions before the end of 2018 is the word that is out right now. Volumes down with multiple days out of the schedule.
Plant in Tulare just eliminated over 15 positions. More cuts most likely to come with the 5% savings goal for next year.
