Does anybody actually still likes working at Xerox?

The managers who take full credit for work of others seem to enjoy it. The same ones who think that they know what they are doing simply because they got to a mgmt position by spewing word salad nonsense in a confident, aggressive way.
Oh yeah. I love worrying about losing my job everyday, what a crock.
To answer the guy that said why are you doing the job if you don’t like it?...because I’m an SDM that makes $120K. Pretty decent salary I think.
Can I make that elsewhere? I don’t know. So I stay until I’m walked to the door.
I've heard from my manager that the 2019 deductibles are doubling and that the amount paid by employee is going up.
I thoroughly enjoy the team of engineers on my team. Everyone is hard working, our manager is extremely easy going, supportive and innovative. We are working on very interesting technologies and are highly functioning, especially with the few resources we have. Honestly this is the most functional, respectful team I have ever worked with so far in my career.

I am retiring Friday. But I still love my job. My decision is purely financial. But I am busy, challenged every day, and get to work some reat young talend every day. The problem is JohnV is not giving anyone any information than Business101. That is my opinion.

I like my job. It would be more enjoyable if we knew the direction it was going. Most people are just waiting for changes , not knowing the direction we are headed makes it stressful
Been here at the Big X for 30+ years and still enjoying it! Just keep doing your work day in and day out and keeping our customers engaged and happy, then your days will go by faster. There has been talk about the future of Xerox and I hope and believe that we will become a powerhouse in technology.

I do, If you don't then I am sad for you and you should actually quit and go find your passion or something that makes you feel fulfilled
I Do... Its my hobby. It might end soon you say? So be it, I'll have fun till the last day. If you are not doing your job with passion, why are you doing it? Quit and go out there, take the risk of finding your passion, you will know when you find it because you will stop thinking about your pay raise, your job security, your external validations and you will find yourself getting paid for something you would have done for free. You can thank me later...
