Managers' emphasis on business strategy and the numbers first at the expense of people, quality, and execution. The typical base of modern management is mechanical emphasizing numbers and systems. Yet there is nothing easier than fudging the numbers; and most systems quickly become hothouses for exponentially increasing and inevitably debilitating bureaucracy. These hard ideas are anything but hard, inviolable truths. Both numbers and systems are unquestionably imperative for running any business, but they are not the bedrock.

The bedrock comes in the form of deep-seated respect for the workforce - from managers who are out of their offices and engaged where the work is done.

As employees, all we ask for is honesty and to be shown a little respect. Outright lies show how little they care about the people. Money is the one and only driver for anything they do. We are s---ers to believe they even care a little bit.

Beth has had a long history of going after employees that could be considered age discrimination. If the states EEO department is reading these I encourage you to look into this. If you are looking for witnesses please leave contact info here, I’ll gladly reach out to you with evidence.

Again, Lance Fritz is the biggest BS'er I've seen recently! Listening to those townhalls is a joke, and always has been with him! He got back on there, and admitted he made a mistake! Just like when they said there are no planned layoffs! Ok so the current layoffs weren't planned then? The UP is a sinking ship! Everyone needs to jump ship NOW! The initial fall will probably hurt, but at least you won't go down with it! DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS MAN! This company is going to screw you any chance they get! There's other jobs out there people! This place is simply not worth it anymore!
