This is actually consistent with other sources....not sure if 50% is accurate though.
It's pretty clear geo-shafting to Taiwan is underway for PTE. Also they are building a significant campus in India which will take jobs from many in San Diego.

On another note. Two unmaked Gulftstreams departed Carlsbad around noon. Execs heading to a weekend in Hawaii. Then onward to India for campus expansion planning.
