Few in ITC impacted

Monday in ITC should be non event. More than I can count have asked to be placed on term list, those such requests were all denied. So who is actually getting terminated? Very few. Less than 3%.

In the US, CA support mgmt tends to lay off the people that are a pain in the a--/difficult to manage. It is never a surprise. Is it similar in ITC with previous layoffs?

Problem is so called non technical managers in ITC take all the technical decisions that never get to see the day light.

And technical sound people has to justify they are not performing as good as principal software engineer

Or people that a manager doesn’t like. Culture at CA , especially one with Indians. Is never challenge decisions that are being made. All throughout the hierarchy some really bad decisions are made and they are done so with zero push back. This only leads to even worse bad decisions being made. Management hires the most incompetent people to ensure their own survival. Once a product is majorly controlled by Indians you can guarantee its death is imminent.

PIP is more efficient and cost effective and CA is already famous for firing .

And do not believe on vohtan...He is f---ling liar...Don't get convinced by your manager they only pass message from svp to vp to director everyone is in sync.
